Dan was born to serve and sell. At 13, he mowed 30 lawns a week and later resold antiques. At 18, he sold insurance and ventured into advertising and electronics businesses. He founded a children's home for abused kids and raised funds for 17 years, selling almost 2000 Christmas trees annually. He has written two books for buyers and sellers of real estate. Today, he serves as a pastor, corporate chaplain, and vice president of a non-profit while helping people find their dream homes. After living in seven states and settling in northeast Oklahoma for 14 years, he combines his passions to educate and assist you in your most significant lifetime investment. Dan was born with a natural inclination to serve and sell. His entrepreneurial journey began at the tender age of 13 when he started mowing 30 lawns a week and even hired other kids to assist him. As he grew older, Dan ventured into buying antiques from auctions and successfully reselling them.

At just 18 years old, he took on the challenge of selling insurance, and not long after, he embarked on new ventures, establishing both an advertising and electronics business. Alongside his business pursuits, Dan's compassion for others led him to establish a children's home dedicated to caring for abused kids. For an incredible 17 years, he tirelessly sold nearly 2000 Christmas trees annually to raise funds for this noble cause.

Fast forward to today, and Dan's spirit of service and entrepreneurship still shine brightly. He serves as a devoted pastor, a caring corporate chaplain, founder of a sober living home, and holds the position of Vice President at the Impact Center of Oklahoma. On the selling front, he now helps people find their dream homes, combining his passion for serving others and his expertise in real estate. He has written two books for buyers and sellers of real estate.
